We are a small, owner-run bed and breakfast, so cancellations affect us significantly.
At the time of booking we will collect your first night stay along with the taxes in order to hold your reservation. The remainder of your balance will be collected 1 (one) day before arrival.
If you cancel less than seven (7) days prior to your arrival you will be responsible for the first night of your stay (the deposit).
If you cancel more than seven (7) days prior to your arrival you have a $50 fee removed from your deposit, the rest will be refunded.
We cannot accommodate pets.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
A 30 day cancellation notice is required on group reservations and for holidays and special events.
Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
